7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full or partial refund within 7 days of purchase if eligible.


Valid Refund Reasons

A refund may be issued if:

  • You received a blank report

  • You cannot access your report due to a system error

  • You were charged twice for the same report


Invalid Refund Reasons

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Errors in a report

  • Missing or incomplete data

  • Delays

  • Dissatisfaction with report content

  • Issues caused by third-party data sources
